I’ve taken a mobile number sim in Mumbai during 2013 and subsequently on transfer to Pune I’ve utilised services. However for a short period I’ve ported to JIO network in 2018 and again muted back to Airtel since September 2018. Since then am continuously using the services. During December 2020 I’ve been transferred to Chennai and using the same service. However on 25/02/23 onwards services have been stopped without intimation and notice. On approaching nearest Airtel store they couldn’t give any solution. On mailing to 121 support team it is intimated that I’ve to reach in person to my home circle for document verification. In response I’ve intimated again for giving a solution in Chennai as travelling in person to Pune is nearly impossible. I request the team to give a solution on priority as the number is connected both personal and official also even aadhar.
