  I got an same issue with your pathetic services.
  Today I got same issue, I did not reject the products but it is showing itself and returning the product. I spoke with customer care , name of the person is Shambhu, not helping at all, asking to reorder and hung up the call.
  The worst services of Amazon company  I ever saw. No one is helping here. They are only fooling the the customers and showing no transparency at all.
