Dear Sir
I have been a regular customer to amazon for last few years. Recently, I have placed an order (ORDER # 408-5047546-8003561) for a mobile phone – “OnePlus 9 5G (Arctic Sky, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage)” on May 5, 2022. It was expected to deliver in-between 7th to 9th May, 2022. However, it was not delivered till May, 12th, 2022 and then after the paid amount has been refunded. We can understand, there could be multiple reasons for the delay but the seller and customer supports should be transparent and attentive.
It was the worst experience from amazon since booking the product with casualness of delivery team, customer supports as well as seller’s role. One of the customers supports personnel has said that the product is without bard code and its authenticity is verifiable by the seller.
The last couple of days were quite disturbing for me, and the seller found easy way to hide their faults by refunding the amount.
Therefore, I am looking for the explanation from the person whose negligence and casualness causes the whole problems. I am sharing all communications and tracking updates for your hand reference to evaluate the issue. Based on their response, I will proceed my complain to other institutions as selling some product in online mode to be complied with their commitments. Your early response will be highly appreciated.
