Respected sir/madam
I am spandan sarafdar prime customer and also a regular customer of Amazon I ordered a smart speaker which was not working on arrival so I returned it on which I should have get refund but the seller is claiming that the product is fake btw I am a youtuber and I have a vidio of unboxing the product and also the Amazon representative checked th product thoroughly before return so please look into this case.
