I have been employed with this organization from Jun 2021 & have submitted my resignation 3 times now. This is the third time I submitted and they delay my resignation approval and do not even bother to revert back on anything. I have done Knwoledge Transfer, shared all my files & folders that I have worked on and I am yet to get an approval.
My family life is completely ruined because of this JOB and I am facing Health issues for which I must undergo treatment.
The company does not bother to relieve me or even approve my resignation but wants me to transfer all knowledge to them. My CEO, CSO & HR team is involved in this and they make me beg them for relieving me.
