I uploaded a Lavie bag along with two other products but I had to return it as it didn’t look as good as in the pictures and was too big for me. Now they collected the return but claimed it is non ajio product when I did deliver the same product they sold me and processed a reshipping of the order. How ever, I was sent a wrong item and I don’t have the product or my refund and they hardly respond when I try to contact them. They called me but disconnected the call within few seconds of picking up. I don’t want the product back and I have sent the original product only, yet they claim it isn’t. What can I do?
