on 19.12.18, I have made a complain,but nothing changed. I have followed all the instruction i.e phone to-0120-4888 488 then press 1 and got the link ( which is valid for 10 minutes) and the link never works, always says-connection time out. surprisingly the phone number given as customer care number are all computer operated and instruct to press 1 or 2 or 3 etc. there is not a single customer care executive with whom problem can be discussed and solution may be sorted. without sending any further link, please reply through my e-mail.
