I am supposedly an online amazon seller. But I have not sold anything because they did not approve my product. I have paid $55 as initial payment on my subscription and I have not sold anything. They continuously deducted the same amount from my account even if I have not sold anything. I tried emailing amazon to cancel my subscription, but there’s no response. And there’s no proper customer service or number you can call to address your concern. On my account, I could not cancel my account either. I edited and deleted my account details but they still manage to deduct that amount from my bank account.
I am so upset. Please help me.
