The documentation and payment for new Jio Fibre Connection was completed by Monday, the 6th of June, 2022.
However, the Installation has not been done till today, the 10th June, 2022.
Moreover, the Installation Appointment has been rescheduled thrice.
The team responsible for connection called a day after the first Installation Appointment and that too, without any prior notice, causing unnecessary inconveniences as they informed that they will be at my home within 15 minutes.
After they were informed that it was not possible to be back from my place of work within the time given, and that those who were usually at home were out, since no prior notice was given, the rescheduling of Installation Appointment started.
