I planned my family to travel for urgent work to bangalore. We booked it before a month in Go First flight.
Today suddenly without intimation to us the rescheduled travel and sent updated scheduled ticket to us by email. No SMS, no call.
After web checkin we got to know that travel had been rescheduled. Ok they rescheduled it the next day on 5th aug direct flight. After booking confirmation within one hour I got a call again. They said again the flight is rescheduled via mumbai. My twin kids are travelling. I don’t want to take risks to travel via Mumbai (peak corona cases). Now they will not refund immediately to book a new ticket and second, the urgent new booking cost is double.
I want Go first to
1. reschedule on 6th Aug with assurance that it will not reschedule
2. if i book a new ticket which costs almost double (15k more). Why should I pay because of your mishappening.
3. Why ask customers to travel via mumbai.
4. No intimation on rescheduling, mentally torched to me.
