Hi, my name is Neeraj am from Delhi.

I have ordered Kaspersky antivirus from Amazon I got used products when when delivered the product I was out delhi when I came to our office I opened the the antivirus box scrched the key and then I used the keys but I got a reply this is alredy used in another region

After that I called to amzon team they told me file complaint to kespersky.

I also got reply from amaon on my email which is attached in below
