My husband and I been to Goa, and suddenly one person came to us with scratch cards which was scripted already providing one with ‘better luck’ and other with ‘3N/4D tour package’. First they start saying with some demo/presentation of their products and if you are not satisfy you can straight away say no and can leave the presentation. But they don’t allow us to leave and somehow they manipulate us and asks for credit/debit card if there is an option for emi or such. Without our prior permission they swipe the card and tells us if there is any option then we can see. They swipe the card and steals our money. They did the same to us and after 45 days they have sent us the so called welcome kit that doesn’t contain anything expect some photocopy of the agreement which contains the details of the membership choosen. Once after receiving, we have contacted the sales executive and customer care executives many a times but they haven’t provided any service yet. We have choosen gold membership with studio type for 2A+2K worth 1,62,000 under emi policy. We need to sell this product and need the refund. Kindly help us on how to get the money back.
