Text of Complaint by SAHIL A PRAJAPATI:

Dear Sir,

As per your order no. OD428377827227550100-2, dt.16.06.23, Invoice No. FAHPPT2400012636, Acer 7 kg Quad Wash Series, The washing machine you sent is a defective product, it does not work properly, it frequently wastes electricity and water and does not dry clothes due to rainy season. I have already contacted your filpkart customer care it says you need to talk to acer customer so I talked to acer customer their technician did not solve the problem. And ask your technician to call customer care again that your customer care number is busy. How to use this machine is not possible on a daily basis. So, I request you to replace this product. I am sending you a copy of the invoice as per this mail.
