after introduction of TRAI guidelines i have opted for tata sky packs. in that iam not getting channels : 616,830,1520,1523,1531,1536,1568,1637. i have been making a call practically everday to your toll line and wasted till date amount of Rs.150 and still the issue is not resolved. to add further one person asked me to send sms to 56633 typing ADD space and channel number, one person asked me to send the required channels in whatsapp to 18602086633 and one person asked me to gor to tataky.com and go to manage channles.inspite of all the attempts, the above channels are not on show till date. i must mention here that every person who talked to me used the word”SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED” without fail every minute of their talk. but apparently no one has helped to get the above channels till date.
needless to tell you that not every one of your customer will be ‘tech savvy’ to add and delete channels from their prefered packs. your personnel should help people like me to add channels, when we call from our registered mobiles.
