I had order mi TV on 5th and was delivered on 6th and till 11th I didn’t get any call for installation. And then I requested for replacement as I didn’t get any option for cancellation and ordered same product from flipkart which was delivered on the next day and installation was done on same day. Now I’m requesting you to cancel the first product and refund the amount. If not I will cancel my flipkart account and never use it again and I will escalate this concern as there was installation delay from your end.
