I have been requesting repeatedly to adjust Rs.20.87 against my mobile number (9910135961) as this amount is being shown balance for a long time. You check at your end.  Local retailers have no idea how to do it. It is very simple for you to adjust the balance amount in my mobile number since you necessary mechanism to adjust the amount.
