This letter serves as a formal request for the return and full refund on the product that I bought through your online store.
I have purchased a Redmi 11pro 5G smartphone and paid a total amount of 20,529/- on 15/10/2022.
The product was delivered by the evening of 20/10/2022, it seems that the product delivered was not the same as I ordered. I had complained instantly to the consumer support team but they are not helpful, so I am here to seek help from you.
The product delivered was Redmi 11 pro 4G smartphone. I have read your terms & conditions and I’m very well aware that the customers are entitled to return the product within 14 days. Today 04/11/2022 the return policy is expired. For the time being I was instantly looking forward for the return policy, I’ve tried several times and they kept denying. And also they rejected my product replacement request.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures of returning the product and get refund money back.
