Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that I have an Salary account with Axis bank, i have paid some dues in

27th Nov=22500 for PL

30th Nov=13800 for PL

30th Nov=16200 for Credit Card

30th Nov=6620 for OD Regularisation

17th Dec=30000 For OD Regularisation.

But now i am very upset that think is that my account is not unfreeze till time.Bank person are very very hopless they are not sending my request till date from last 25+ days i am continue visiting my home branch and they are not taking care of my account.Bank person are lier they said tomorrow, tomorrow your account will be ok check it but when tomorrow’s will come i don’t know,I have given a customer request form along with application to OFSET madam but unfortunately she is not sending my request till date.Manager also giving me a words he will do my request but nothing happens.Involving persons are:Diganta gogoi and Debashish also… And also please mind that my father is Cancer Stage 2 patient and my wife is under expectation next after 1 week she has a date for maternity. Expecting from you now please help in this matter.
