Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request for the intervention of the Consumer Court in an issue that I have been facing with Amazon.
I had purchased a fridge double door from Amazon, and when I received it, it was damaged. I had spoken to their customer care team but I did not get any proper response from them.
I am writing to request for their intervention so that my grievance is addressed in an effective manner. Please find attached all necessary documents related to this purchase and its subsequent complaint.
