Dear Sir,
Myself Chandan Chandrakant Thakkar having a credit card of RBL number 5369077364805947. I have a total outstanding amount of Rs. 87000 approx including interest which i am unable to pay as i have lost my job due to covid-19. Now salespeople are harassing me to pay the amount and are threatening me for the same.
I request you to kindly waive of my interest amount and convert my credit card amount into 24 months EMI so that I can pay the amount on a monthly basis and close my credit card. Request you to kindly help me on the same and provide me the help to clear my dues.
