This is with reference to the Wifi connection no.- 01100831987_dsl and landline no.-01141681235 in the name of Himanshu Uppal, i have requested for unlimited data plan of Rs.299/- in the month of March’20 but after that its been charged month over month. I have been trying to disconnect unlimited data plan from my regular plan but unable to do that since there is no option on Airtel Thanks App and Airtel Phonebanking customer service was not responsive.In the plan of Rs.799/-, bill is getting of Rs.1428/- last month and Rs.1295/- in this month…Totally not acceptable.I had requested over Airtel Thanks app regarding the issue over charges but no response from the team as they asked all the time to mail to customer care since phone banking agents are helpless.Ticket no.- 118044388 generated on 31st MayTicket no.- 118011478 generated on 30th MayTicket No.- 117697108 generated on 20th MayAll above Tickets request made only on same issues.
Request to disconnect my airtel Wifi connection since i was very happy with my previous service provider (Hathway).I will end up all my airtel relationships like (Mobile, DTH, Wifi)
