I recently spoke with one of your associates regarding an extra charge that appeared on my account. I had already paid my emis up to yesterday, and was surprised to see that an additional 406 was added as a charge.
I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and provide clarification. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please let me know so I can take further action.
