Hii Flipkart Team,
This is to inform you that I placed an order for POCO M4 5G mobile on 26.01.2023 (Order ID OD427158597144659100) and I received the product on 29.01.2023. I used this mobile only for 02 days and I was facing the problem of battery discharge in a single day and 3-4 hours of charging timing. So I sent a request for return and refund whose return id no 12302720340582813464 date 01.02.2023. And the following step by flipkart which is given below.
1. Return
2. Call with Executive (dated 04.02.23)
3. Visit of Technician (dated 04.02.23)
4. Return and Refund Request Accepted (Dated 04.02.23)
5. Product Pick-up (Expected date 09.02.23)
6. Refund (Expected date 13.02.23)
But the refund request id rejected on 08.02.2023 from your side without confirmation before pick-up timeline. May I know why it was rejected without solving the problem.
I have reopened this request as the issue is not resolved. The re-open id number is 12202727747822078282. Order details are given below.
1. Return (dated 09.02.23)
2. Call with Executive (dated 09.02.23)
3. Technician Visit (dated 12.02.23)
4. Return Approved (Dated 12.02.23)
5. Pick-up and Replace (Expected date 14.02.23)
But the 05 point you mentioned is wrong. I have requested only for return and refund, not for replacement.
Note – I have already discussed with Customer Care Team Member Mr. Amit and Supervisor Mr. Gaurav. They have said that your product will be returned & refund. Still the mobile has been replaced. Please note that you should not give the wrong message to the customer.
