Sub: Police Department – Tirupati Urban Police District- Requested to stop the fraudulent transactions and Seeking Information U/s 91 Cr.P.C in Cr.No. 225/2021 u/s 420 IPC,
66-D ITA-2000-2008 at WESTPS of Tirupati Urban Police District.

Anent to the above subject cited, this is notice U/s 91 Cr.P.C seeking information and requesting to cancel fraudulent transaction made by the fraudster from the victim’s Credit Card through Razor Pay platform.

Victim details & Transaction details mentioned as below.

Name of the Victim:T.Venkateswara Rao

Mobile Number: 9985953839

Credit Card No: 5243 7366 0244 7992

Date of transaction: 15/07/2021

 

1. Debited amount for Rs.1,23,405/-

Hence, it is requested to provide the information mentioned below and take necessary action against the fraudster account/wallet.

• Please stop the fraudulent transaction immediately and refund the victim amount.
• Furnish the goods/ services details and shipping Address. Details
• Request to furnish the beneficiary details of the transactions.
• Please furnish the registration details i.e., mobile number, mail id, IMEI, IP logs, Geo location and photograph of the account holder.
• Please furnish the AOF and KYC details of the account holder.
