Hi . First I requested airtel to change my plan form 999 to 799 on 22 December and paid 4157.24 and sent. Many follow up mail. They didn’t change. Further i asked for refund in January they didn’t refunded and they requested to pay 1518.49 more they will change within 4 hours. On 16 February i paid 1518.49 and struggling but they are not changing my plan… total around 5k plus i have already paid in advance for plan change but they are not changing
