Myself Kalaiselvan I came to Uk for my higher studies. When I reach Uk my airtel sim is not working, as I raised a request to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid but as of now my plan i not converted. Monthly my mother and sister are travelling for this, but no step taken from them.
