I raised request for mobile number change via ticket number 1523962. They asked me to upload my video which I denied, instead I asked them to verify it through UID site or asking them to upload my original documents through video. I’ll be migrating so I won’t provide them with video with my face so I asked them to contact me on currently registered number which is still working, despite of doing all this they’re denying to change my mobile number. Due to low market and depreciation in all the market, I’m unable to sell it but they’ve forced me into a corner where I can only go by closing my account only. Request you to help me with this matter before 10th because till then I’ll be available on my registered number with coinswitch
