I have changed my air Tel to family plan and not used with out my knowledge it cheated to me for more than a year as iam paying not related my service with out making or use Single call now I have request your customer care office more than ten time at Medavakkam to change misuse

every month I have requested to change my plan to prepaid connection

I have requested you to change my Airtel service from post paid to prepaid

so many time your people ask me sim

and message lots of time did that not my requested activity

i want finally close your service immediately and give me portability
