Text of Complaint by Swaroop Unni:

Dear Tata sky team,

I have raised a request to split the connection on 15th Aug 2019 and following with your call centre team since a week however no resolution received.

I am recharging your subscription since then and have paid more than Rs. 1000 for 10 days to activate my service. As instructed by your team I have already forwarded NOC of Transfer of connection from Email ID : tayade167@gmail.com and have scanned the copy of NOC with duly signed along with ID proof in your email id help@tatasky.com.
