I have requested for shifting of my broadband/landline no. 0172-4675477 from sector 21-A to 21-C Chandigarh (within city) on 20th March.
Till the the time no response.
I have thrice called the 198 helpline. And three executive head Shahid, Rohit kumar , Mohit Kikar assured me that the my issue will be resolved soon, but of no use.
No response till date.
One of the executive head of Airtel asked me that get new one.
This is the service provided by Airtel.
