I have submitted request for Reallocation of Jiofiber on 27 June 2022, Meanwhile I have been following up with the jio team since 12 days now for the installation to be done unfortunately no proper response.
Note : Tickets are put into resolved state without any resolution.
I request you to please look into
this and do the needful
