I’ve requested for Connection Shifting, but it’s been 5 days and 23 hours, but till now no response from the agent or any Excitel person. I’ve tried to reach out to speak with customer service but the people says they have escalated the issue but it is not. Not cancelling my connection, saying you’ll get the refund in 60 days and the router will be checked. They are just wasting my time.
