Hi,
I am very much frustrated talking and sending emails to the customer service. I requested to cancel the service on July 2019. It was mentioned that it will be taken care and never taken care of it. Despite of sending for cancellation they keep on generating bill for the service which I am not using from 2019 July. I am frustrated sending emails. I hope you get the serious of this issue. I am not using the number and asking it to cancel since I cant use it any more from July 2019. All the bill generated is Keep on adding which is insane.
please resolve this issue and I am tired of sending emails.
