Sir, I took airtel internet connection using airtel dongle. Since I am not using, I want to close the connection. They suggested us that you can put your connection on hold and monthly bill.will be Rs.50 +gst. They asked us to clear the two months bill pending before putting the connection on hold . Accordingly I paid the bills and requested them to put my connection on hold. After two months they called me to pay the bills and the bills are of full bills not Rs.50 + gst. Then I asked them, you have to put my connection under hold,how the bill generated full. They said your connection is not put on hold. Then I asked why you have not put hold on my connection and why you have not informed immediately. After two months ,you have called me for payment. They didn’t give proper reply and threatening that they will go for legal action. Pl do justice sir.
