Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings for the day!
Few days back i.e dated Sep 09 2020, I initiated a request to Airtel, not to change my current postpaid plan. This is in regard to that all of a sudden, I got a message from Airtel that my current plan (b2b mig nat 49 – corp) will no longer be valid from October 11, 2020 and will be upgraded to Rs. 199 unlimited calling plan. But I never requested nor I wanted to change my plan.
Even I sent an email on Sep 09, 2020 but no one bothers replying to my email. Even I mentioned that my usage is not that much. As of now, I am only paying for the plan plus the taxes because of my current usage.
In addition to this I too mentioned that I am with Airtel since 2004, so I am requesting you to please look into the matter and make some arrangements so that Airtel should not change my current plan. I am very much happy with my current plan b2b mig nat 49 – corp.
