Dear OneCard Customer Care,
I am writing to request that you waive off my outstanding amount of INR 380 and cease reporting this amount to CIBIL.
I believe that this amount is relatively small and does not justify reporting to CIBIL, as it could have a detrimental impact on my credit score. I am committed to maintaining a good credit history and would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
I kindly request you to consider waiving off this small amount and stop reporting it to CIBIL. This would greatly help me avoid any negative consequences to my credit score.
