I hope you are doing well.
I am writing regarding my loan account associated with organization WOODTSPL, which was taken in the year 2017.
I would like to inform you that I have fully repaid the entire outstanding amount of this loan in 2017. However, I have recently observed that the loan account is still being reported as “Active” in my CIBIL credit report.
I kindly request you to:
Verify the payment records for the above-mentioned.
Update the loan status to “Closed” in your records.
Report the updated status to TransUnion CIBIL and other credit bureaus at the earliest.
Additionally, I request you to kindly provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Loan Closure Certificate for my records.
