Dear Muthoot Finance Customer Care,
I, Sai Prudvi Raj, settled my online Personal loan (Loan No. PLFLD062333) taken on 05-09-2023. The final payments were: • ₹4,162 via UPI – TXN ID BP70071356 on 18-Jun-2025 • ₹246 via UPI – TXN ID T2506190943295584310553 on 19-Jun-2025 Despite full repayment, my CIBIL report still displays “Irregular/Overdue”. My dispute (Dispute ID ) was rejected because your records have not been updated. Kindly: 1. Issue a Loan Closure Letter and update your internal system as “Closed – Fully Paid”. 2. Report the corrected status to all credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax). 3. Provide written confirmation once the update is sent. I have attached payment proofs, my KYC, and the CIBIL dispute screenshot for reference. Please acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days as per your customer-care timeline.
