Dear Sir/Madam
After several Reminders for Salary there is no response from Bhavika Commercial Private Limited till date. Presently any director is not attending any calls.The company Bhavika Commercial Private Limited not even Credited the Salary for the period from 27.01.2020 to 31.03.2020, where I have given full duty to the above mentioned company & traveled to office with my own expense.During the Lockdown period from 01.04.2020 – till date its upto company decision what amount salary they will pay but the period I have worked full the company has to pay full Salary.This came to knowledge to me that the Company Bhavika Commercial Private Limited recruit new employees every after 2 months because all the employees work for 2 months but the company didn’t pay the salary.The same incident happened to me also.
I have requested repeatedly to Mr. Tanmoy Banerjee (Director) through Whats up dated 04-10-2020, 04-11-2020, 26-04-2020 & also through Mail 04.05.2020 ; 06.05.2020 ; 12.05.2020 but there was not a single reply from his end/company.
So I request the Labour Department to take necessary action against the Company Bhavika Commercial Private Limited so that the company credit the Salary as soon as possible.Now I am passing through a serious Financial crisis. Under these circumstances no money to buy medicine.
