Dear Sir,
We wish to inform that I (Mr.Ramkumar) has uses Tamilnad Mercantile bank credit card to load Rs.20000/- on 15.10.2017 in Digipurse wallet (Union Bank of India M-Wallet). The amount was debited in his credit card on the said date but the amount was not credited into the digipurse wallet till date.
The transaction remark was shown as “chargeback raised” in the credit card statement. In this regard he has lodged a complaint with Union bank of India and they have informed that the amount was revered to his credit card on 05.04.2018.
But till date the amount was not yet received to his credit card. The transaction details as provided Unions bank of India are as mentioned below
