I have renewed my Kaspersky Total Security Antivirus software copy with 2 year 1 device offer of 1599.5/- shown on Kaspersky.co.in website and online payment made to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD on 16-Apr-2021. The amount was debited from my SB Account from Union Bank of India. But didn’t receive any activation code till now. Hence request your kind concern to initiate refund for the said transaction.
