I am an NRI currently in USA
I owned a mobile number which was ported from airtel to Vodafone but due to non recharge of it in initial phases it was released back to airtel. The above information is what I received from Vodafone.My brother visited the Airtel store and they said that this number is unavailable and said that the nodal office and appellate would be able to get the number back and help me.
After that I emailed Airtel’s Nodal Officer(nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com
) and Appellate Authority(appellate.del@in.airtel.com) seeking their help and they have ignored the mails.I just hope that a company of the stature of Airtel puts their customers the priority.
Request you to kindly help me get the number which is currently not used by anyone
