- I had posted a complaint in consumercomplaintscourt.com and I have made a mistake in my complaint that I might have given some personal information along with the complaint and I want to remove or edit the complaint. I’ve been trying to contact consumer complaints court through Facebook and also through the feedback form provided in the website. I know I should have been responsible but I really think there should have been this feature for the user to edit his or her own complain in case they have a made a mistake or at least there should have been an easier way to contact the customer care. I had no other way but to submit a complaint on the consumer complaints court itself. So kindly contact me and I request you to remove my previous complaint or atleast allow me to edit that complaint.
