I had booked train ticket for my mother from LOKMANYATILAK T(LTT) to NEW JALPAIGURI(NJP) from IRCTC on 08th July 2023. Whose PNR number is 8605396167. At the time of booking I was allotted berth number 65 respectively in coach number B1 for one people. While traveling on 10th October 2023, TT saying that the PNR number has been seized, you cannot travel. The PNR number has been seized by IRCTC without any prior information to the passenger, due to which the passenger had to pay fine of Rs.3100 (which was more than ticket price Rs.2325). No satisfactory reply from IRCTC after complaining about this. And they replied simply stating no refund will be applicable.
