ONE MONTH AGO I HAD INSTALLED TATA PLAY HD CONNECTION WHICH INCLUDES FREE TATA PLAY BINGE FIRESTICK WITH FREE ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. BUT THE AUTHORISED TATA PLAY SERVICE TECHNICIAN DID NOT PROVIDE ANY FIRESTICK FOR WATCHING TATA PLAY BINGE. SO I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO TATA PLAY ON CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ASSURED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE IT AT THE EARLIEST. BUT EVEN AFTER EXPIRY OF FREE ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE FIRESTICK AND ABOVE ALL THEY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE AS NEXT MONTH TATA PLAY BINGE CHARGES. SO AGAIN I COMPLAINED TO TATA PLAY THAT EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT USING BINGE SERVICES MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND ABOVE ALL I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY FIRESTICK TO WATCH BINGE SERVICES. AGAIN THEY ASSURED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THEY TOOK A DETAILED NOTE AND EVEN ASK THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO DELIVER THE FIRESTICK. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME AND AGREED THAT HE HAD NOT DELIVERED THE FIRESTICK AND TOLD THAT HE WOULD DELIVER IT NOW. BUT I TOLD HIM THAT I DONT WANT FIRESTICK NOW AND I JUST WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY DECUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. HE AGREED TO REFUND MONEY WITHIN 72 HOURS. BUT TILL DATE NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE.
