Some amount from my recharge balance is getting debited automatically even though I do not have any add-on on my tata play recharge.the money is getting deducted as tata play binge monthly starter pack without informing me or giving me the details of plan.when i found out about it in transaction history,i called tata play helpline for solving the issue.Even they could not solve it and no input was given to me.There is no option in the tata play or tata binge app to unsubscribe this pack and my money is getting debited from last three months.
How can such reputed company do fraud like this?and no service feedback or help from customer care.I need full refund and there should be an option to unsubscribe the plan or such packs
