Request Letter to refund the amount of non-used plan

Dear The Head, Jio Costumer Care
Sir
I am a customer of Jio mobile service with mobile number 7978125877.
Yesterday (Thu, 02/26/2020) I had recharged my sim with plan ₹ 297.00 for 84 days with daily 0.5 GB data successfully in my smart phone with transaction ID BR00047VTSM1, which was not worked in my smart phone. After that I came to know that it is for jio phone. I had consult with jio office at Berhampur, Odisha. Also requested to customer care about my mistake.
After getting negative reply from Jio staffs. I have recharge again with plan ₹329.00 for 84 days. Which is working but not showing in my Jio App.
So please kindly refund my amount ₹297.00 to my bank account or extend my current plan to another 84 days (the rest amount I will pay). And update my Jio App.
