From last week i am suffering from the network of jio 4g . but i am hearing from jio customer care that ‘sir sorry …..’ but can not get solution !!!!!

today i getting email from customer care for the solution, said me that it will take time for 120 days !!!!!

and i ask for the quick solution the person told me its take 120 days to resolved !!! how can do this the company with me ? this kind of service reliance jio providing? what about my money which i paid for the 3 months time period ??? and the customer executive said me after 120 days you will get solution for the network !!! now tell me what about my payment it is paid without use the service ????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before a week i am utilize full data for 3/4 days as per my plan 1.5GB after that jio suddenly decrease (decrease means like mtnl dial-up connection 18th century’s network) my internet speed. I raised a complaint but still not resolved and not getting proper answer. jio waste my time and day. I also use vodafone and airtel but these type of issue not happen in vodafone and airtel. My humble request to please resolved or refund choice is your, i am fed-up with jio service and customer excutive.
