I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious discrepancy in my credit report. A loan of ₹1,50,000 is reflecting under the name “NORTHERNARCCAP” against my PAN, despite the fact that I have never applied for or availed any such loan from your institution or its affiliates.
This appears to be a case of identity misuse or fraudulent borrowing, and I request your urgent intervention to:
– Investigate and verify the origin and documentation of the said loan.
– Remove the loan entry from my credit report and PAN records immediately.
– Provide a written confirmation of the corrective action taken.
I am enclosing a screenshot of my credit report highlighting the disputed entry having PAN- ASEPV5176G.
Please treat this matter with utmost urgency, as it is adversely affecting my creditworthiness and financial standing. If any further documentation or clarification is required, I am available to cooperate fully.
