Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using the VISA REGALIA FIRST credit card for the last 2-3 years. I did a transaction for Visa processing for my child by credit card and for me by my debit card to the UK in 2019 Dec. Based on the new rule the UK government returned the IHS amount to my account on 9th Feb 2021. I got my IHS return to my savings account paid by debit card and returned my son’s IHS amount to my credit card account. As I could see the returned amount in the credit card account through net banking, I would like you to transfer this amount into my savings account.
I tried to contact customer care for this purpose but they couldn’t do it as this card has been invalidated for further usage.
They gave me customer care no. for assistance. I have been trying to get customer care for assistance from the UK for the last three months and I didn’t get anybody to assist me. I am spending Rs.50 per call every time.
My net banking shows this credit card as a registered credit card and shows the amount as a negative balance. Please check the attached screenshot of my credit card payment details as your reference.
Please take the necessary action to transfer this amount to my savings account.
